Wherever you are, you can smell the scent of fresh bread instantly. And it is always a treat! Bread is one of the basic foods, everywhere in the world. That’s why there are countless recipes for bread.
Join me on this journey and discover breads from all over the world.
While enjoying this World of Breads cooking class you, will discover the secrets of so many breads you can find on our planet. The course consists of 6 lessons, each focusing on a different continent. Per lesson we make some characteristic types of breads that are typical for that continent. We also spend time learning about the different types of flour and how to use them properly.

New dates of cooking class bread, sourdough and pastries
Close your eyes and you can almost smell the scent of bread!
The cooking class Bread, sourdough and pastry starts on January 15 and is quite popular. Besides bread, you will learn everything about the versatility of sourdough. And maybe you will find out that you are the master chef during the classes ‘viennoiserie’ and pastry.
Dates: 15 January, 12 February, 11 March and 8 April.
My cooking class Italian regional cuisine is a great success. That is why a new cooking class will start soon. I have designed the class in a way that each lesson (6 in total) focuses on a particular region. We will start in the north, head to the west coast, cook with ingredients from Tuscany and Umbria and discover the rich flavors of the southern regions.
You will get the recipes after every lesson, so you can make the dishes yourself and surprise your friends.
