Mussels Mascarpone sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag Mosselen
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 2 dl Slagroom
  • 1 bunch Basilicum

Instructions
 

  • Clean the mussels and cook half of it in a pan with a thick bottom with som e herbs. Remove them from the shell and keep the liquid. Reduce the liquid.
  • Blend the mascarpone with the cream and reduced mussel liquid.
  • Cut the basil leaves very fine.
