Mussels Mascarpone sauce
Saus voor de ravioli
Ingredients
- 1 bag Mosselen
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 2 dl Slagroom
- 1 bunch Basilicum
Instructions
- Clean the mussels and cook half of it in a pan with a thick bottom with som e herbs. Remove them from the shell and keep the liquid. Reduce the liquid.
- Blend the mascarpone with the cream and reduced mussel liquid.
- Cut the basil leaves very fine.
