Tangerines in olive oil and ice cubes

  • 1 pcs mandarijn
  • 1 dl Olijfolie
  • 1 pcs ice cube beaten into small pieces
  • Maldon salt


  • Peel the mandarin and get rid of film. Cut into small brunoise and place on a plate with an olive oil bottom. Sprinkle with some ice cubes and some Maldon salt.
