Raw lobster butter

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Lobster flesh
  • 1 kg Butter softend
  • to the taste Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Remove the creamy parts of the heads and mix with the soft butter using a whisk. Add the lemon juice and season to taste. Place in a refrigerated place to harden. Cut into pieces for easy use.
