Bagna cauda
Variatie op Pinimonio
Ingredients
- 1 dl Olive oil
- 5 pieces Garlic
- 100 g Anchovy
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 glass White wine
- 25 g Butter
Instructions
- Heat the oil and cook the garlic gently. Lower the temperature and add the sliced anchovy. Mix well with the oil. Add salt, pepper and butter and keep warm. Serve with all kinds of vegetables, nicely cut and blanched.
