DISCOVER THE CULINARY SECRETS OF AMSTERDAM
During this workshop, we go on a culinary trip through Amsterdam. We’re on the road on a bike, walking or by boat to go grocery shopping at the best-preserved addresses in the city, while our guide tells wonderful stories about the spots we encounter.
We will mainly cook with local products. In between, we will enjoy all the tasty dishes that we have prepared. We conclude this workshop with a tasting session.

My brother and I chose Leo’s one-day workshop as a way of ‘doing Amsterdam’ from a different angle, and we had a great time. The day was a lot of fun and very interesting: a charming and knowledgeable host/tutor in Leo, the great company of two young couples (one from Amsterdam and one from Rotterdam), a mini-tour of the local Dutch countryside on the way to a fantastic farm shop, and a delicious self-cooked four-course meal with wine which somehow appeared on the table through all the learning and laughter. Even his self-designed home/studio/kitchen venue was fascinating! I’m going to write a long review/description here, as I don’t think Leo’s website nearly does justice to the varied and stimulating day that he offers. Read more on TripAdvisor.
