Instructions
Clean the mussels and cook half of it in a pan with a thick bottom with som e herbs. Remove them from the shell and keep the liquid. Reduce the liquid.
Blend the mascarpone with the cream and reduced mussel liquid.
Cut the basil leaves very fine.
