Crêpes
Voor de risotto aux épices
- 100 g Bloem
- 1 Eieren
- 1 Egg yolk
- 3 dl Melk
- 1 pinch Zout
- 1 tbsp Olie
- 20 g Boter for baking
Mix the egg, egg yolk, flour, oil and a pinch of salt together. Add a part of the milk to the mixture.
Beat until the mixture is thick. Then, add the rest of the milk (you may also use a food processor).
Pour the mixture in a bowl and set aside for ± 30 minutes.
Bake the crêpes in a crêpe-pan and allow to cool on a cake platter.
