Instructions
Heat the sunflower oil in a saucepan over medium heat and fry the garlic for a few minutes.
Add the hoisin sauce, sesame oil and chicken stock. Bring to a boil, stir well and reduce to 2/3.
Season the sauce with soy sauce.
