Tick in the shiitakes so that they can pick up the flavor of the marinade. Put the ingredients in a bowl and put the shiitakes in it.
Leave them for fifteen minutes.
Put everything into a saucepan and put the heat half high. Let everything continue for a while, until most of the moisture has evaporated.
Serve the shiitakes on a plate and pour over the remaining sauce. Garnish with yellow flowers.
