Instructions
Blanch the broccoli for half a minute and rince immediately with cold water.
Heat the sesame oil in a wok and when hot enough, add all garlic, chilli and lemongrass. Beware, the oil burns rather quickly.
If the garlic is coloring (10-15 sec) add the broccoli and the rest of the ingredients. Mix a few minutes and heat and serve on a scale.
