Instructions
Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat and stir-fry the garlic for 1 minute or until it smells strongly. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes until they are done. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir fry 1 minute more and go to the table.
