BREAD BAKING CLASSES: EASY, FAST AND DELICIOUS

There is nothing like freshly baked bread. When you close your eyes, you can almost smell the delicious scents! In 4 lessons you’ll learn the essentials of making bread, sourdough and pastries. Become addicted to it like many others.

Each lesson takes place between ± 6 PM and 10:30 PM.

€545 per person for four lessons, including drinks and coffee.

CLASS 1: The basics

Date:

In this first lesson, I’ll give you a detailed explanation of the different types of bread doughs. You will also learn how important it is to knead correctly. While the dough is rising, we will prepare several side dishes. After that, our bread will be ready to go into the oven.

Together, we will enjoy the homemade bread, delicious dips and side dishes we prepared at the end of the lesson. You can bring your bread home with you so that you can enjoy it once more.

CLASS 2: Sourdough

Date:

Sourdough is a type of bread which is made without yeast. This creates a special characteristic of the bread, as well as an authentic aroma compared to normal bread. In this lesson, I will explain to you how you can apply this technique, and of course, you will experiment with it by baking your own sourdough in the studio. At the end of the lesson, we all enjoy this special bread including tasty dips and side dishes. You can bring your bread home with you so that you can enjoy it once more.

CLASS 3: Viennoiserie

Date:

In this lesson, we’ll dive into other baker’s products such as brioches and croissants.
Among others, you’ll learn the techniques of the ‘viennoiserie’, the French word for fine baker’s products other than bread.

CLASS 4: Pastry

Date:

During this last class, you will learn you some extra tricks in pastry. We’ll teach you about different types of flour and their diverse applications. Also, you’ll get a lot of tips and tricks in this field of expertise.
